Shipping
Domestic (Canada & US)
US and Canadian orders usually take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
International
Be advised that international orders take a considerable amount of time in transit. Usually about 2-4 weeks depending on where you are in the world.
Tracking
Unfortunately we don't offer order tracking for international orders. If you're in Canada and would like a tracking number for your order please email us. Since tracking numbers aren't created until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse there is no easy way to automate sending this information to our customers.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this before placing your order.
Taxes
If you're in Canada you'll be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST but no GST)
Payment Methods & Currency
We use PayPal payments pro so we can accept Visa, Mastercard or direct bank payments through paypal. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Returns & Exchanges
If the product you ordered doesn't fit, is unsatisfactory or defective you have within 30 days of the delivery date to exchange or return it for a product of equal or lesser* value.
Before you proceed please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return or exchange:
- The product(s) have not been washed.
- The product(s) are not worn or damaged.
- The original packaging is intact and included. (plastic bag & hangtag)
To exchange an item(s):
- Use the contact form with "Exchange product" selected as "What's Up?".
- Include your original order number and let us know the Style #, Colour and Size of the piece you'd like to get as a replacement.

- You'll receive and email to let you know that your replacement garment(s) has been shipped.
To return an item(s):
- Use the contact form with "Return product" selected as "What's Up?".
- Let us know why you're returning the item and include your order number.
